March 1st – Trent University: Still I Rise! Celebrating Humanity

noname (3)Trent University invites you to the 3rd Annual Celebration of Black History and Culture

Students, faculty, and staff will be showcasing leading-edge research and coursework in four different disciplines: psychology, sociology, history, and literature. 

Featuring more than twenty five public and private sector organizations, including a panel discussion by York University’s Dr. Carl James, Dr. Andrea Davis, and Natasha Henry, entitled “Reading Diaspora”, this event will endeavor to provide current information on events and opportunities within the community and beyond. Please join us for this evening of informative and culturally rich programming, designed to inspire dialogue and learning about the achievements of the diaspora through time.
